During my graduate work in Global Communications I developed my understanding of the way communications is developing in real time across the digital landscape as well as getting a clear understanding of economic transformations caused by brand globalization. My focus has been on the development of communications industries, including: brand development and management, global advertising, social networking, and marketing.
In yoga, we study the self, to learn about the self. One can use yoga as a tool for personal transformation, both mentally and physically. It is my goal to use my trainings as a yoga teacher to offer a safe place to allow exploration into personal transformation .
